My brakes function perfectly with 11" of vacuum, never a hint of a problem....the headlights go up and down as well just as if the stock engine was still in there.
Move on no concern here...:cheers:

Your 7.1" rod witness marks look pretty good to me.
So your method you describe in post #1 is correct....you should have good clearance there with 1.5 rockers and marginally good as well with 1.6...
