Anyone know if a mechanical fuel pump will fit on a c4? my car has a carburetor and I can't find a good spot for an electric Holley pump. Just don't know if it will clear the suspension.

Are you using a C-clamp? Are the pads correct? Sometimes you can open the bleeder valve on the caliper to make it easier to squeeze but you would have to bleed the line afterwords.

I hear ya brother. I think mine was a steel cardone or something they may have discontinued it (hence the washers i had to use, they must have read my review heh) the nuts are tapered so tough going...

I'm installing a steel one on mine as we speak. '84. The only issue I ran into was the booster didn't tighten up when the nuts were tight. So I have to remove the bolts and put spacers on there....

Thanks brotha, I just know they were a "B" to get off, but there are new seals on the new master cylinder so I was just wondering weather I should waste time trying. I'll try it myself.
