Just installed the pilot sport 4s a/s zp. The cup tires that came on my 19 GS finally needed to be replaced. Very happy with the new 4s tires. Love the fact I can drive the Bette at any temperature....

If the cost to buy the ESP oil and filter is $125 and say they charge 1 hr labor, $165 is way low in price. Figure they could sell the oil and filter for $200 and labor at $125 that’s $325 plus tax....

If the 2 hoses coming out of the heater are hot, it could be the blend door, if that’s what it is called. The c5 ,c6 had them assume c7 do also.

I would take the rear wheels and check the front. Hopefully the rears are the only ones that are cracked. If they can’t match the front ones, then they owe you 4 matched ones.

I would definitely pull all the wheels and check them. You don’t want to go back and start all over if other wheels are cracked.
