With the miles and paint issues, your collector would most likely not be interested. So with that, I would say you are not much above the price of any other 93 Z with similar miles and condition

That video seems to about cover it..I just did mine not that long ago. Pretty straight forward, make sure you get a good pump. I also changed my sending unit at the same time

I have rebuilt dozens of these same type headlight motors and I have never had a bad gear. The 3 bushings have always been destroyed

You can probably just replace the bushings. I have replaced dozens of the bushings on F-body's (same style motor) and I have never needed to replace the gear itself.

The whistling wheels is probably due to them being on the wrong side. Look at the direction of the "turbine" in the photo. The "turbine" should be facing the same direction on both wheels. I believe...

It does look like two of the bolt holes are oblong. A couple loose bolts could definitely cause that noise also

I used a piece of brake tubing, bent a 90 in it...

I used a piece of brake tubing, bent a 90 in it and connected it to an air hose..It worked great to blow the debris out

I would double check the battery and connections also.
If the motor was locked up, you wouldn't be able to turn it over by hand either.
