Is there an FMU to control fuel during boost? If not you should install one and get it tuned. Best case is valve seal as stated earlier.

I'd go with 30lb injector. XFI280 is a nice cam but think the XFI268 would be a better match for a 350. Stock headers will be a bottleneck also.

MAP sensor, 7730 ECM and different O2 sensor. You'll have to find the 7730 connectors and re-pin your harness. You will need a new tune also.
