balancer on life support

Well, got a tiny wobble, so going to have to replace balancer. Any suggestions on what else while I'm in there? Wouldn't hate a small cam upgrade, any recommendations? Is wife's DD, so got to keep...

Thanks for all the nice words. Is a really clean car, previous owner took excellent care of it. Traded an 07 gt for it and couldn't be happier. No comparison between the two.
