Inner door panel removal - what are these?

Want to remove both door bump strips, (94 model) to repaint them I see that they are bolted at both ends, but what are the middle fixings like? do I need to remove the inner door panel etc...thanks...

C4 Convertible luggage rack fixings

Does anyone know where I can get a set of the rubber captive nut fixings for my C4. I removed the rack as having the rear end sprayed at last, and some of the old fixings have perished. Thanks:)
