For what it's worth, I've had my '81 to Classic Chevrolet (28th Street, Grand Rapids). There is a mechanic there who was weaned on Corvettes and seems to do a great job. I know going to a dealer...

It was completely dry outside, and I know the carpets are all dry....no water leaks. I've driven in the rain (sometimes) and this hasn't happened.

I went for a little cruise tonight in my '81, and the windshield started fogging up. I figured it was normal due to the mid-60 degree weather. I don't think that anymore.

Not quite. I had a '78 SA that had much brighter dash lights than this. These can't be seen at night because they are so dim....so it's not that I'm used to newer cars. :rolleyes:

All of my dash lights are dim on the 81. I've changed the bulbs but that hasn't helped. Is this a grounding problem..or the switch??
Any ideas would be appreciated.
