isn't the temperature sensor on the bottom of the resevoir? I think that alone leads to lower temperature readings.

at that price I would be looking for whats wrong - if everything checks out, I'd get it. That is the most basic C6 I would ever consider getting. I wouldn't get a 2005 any trans.

I believe the C6 tunnel plate was thicker then the C5's but the one I installed was twice as thick as the one I took off.
