In most cases, the newer you get in any product...

In most cases, the newer you get in any product line the more the manufacturer tends to improve on the little things, (and sometimes the bigger issues). Not really a case of one year being better...

I went from a 2007 M6 1LT Coupe to a 2016 A8 3LT Coupe. Performance, comfort and looks of the C7 got me hooked early in my decision - no regrets.

I actually didn't hear much of anything on my 2016. I've had noticeable tensioner squeal on GM Trucks before but the C7 was rather quiet.
