I can relate to the angst. Bought a 2014 a few years back and it sat in the sellers garage for like 3 months before InterCity had a truck out that way.

I've used MMO in my high mileage daily driver to quiet a lifter tick. I added one quart of it when I did the oil change and it did the trick.
Not sure I would use it on the C6.
