Your car doesn't have any miles on it! Why don't you have the crank turned and rods reconditioned and spend money on getting the heads ported or aftermarket? I'll bet you can find some good used...

Just by reading your first paragraph you have typical symptoms of a failing optispark. The O2 DTC is most likely from the misfire. Did you solve this?
