My 2009 C6 has the same exact tabs. I bought it new and do not suspect that the windshield was ever replaced. I snipped them off with a pair of small sharp pliers.

Ventilated are usually perforated. In any case I meant perforated with ventilation (fans). I have perforated seats and they alone are not enough.

Ventilated seats should be standard equipment. Maybe the newer ones have it, not my 2009. Makes for damp lower back in summer.
