I do need the valve stem extensions though

That's for the yellow & blue old plates...but the purple ones are "permanently" registered so in order to re-use you must get written permission...so if you don't know where the plate came from...

I have 15 x8 TT ll's with 4 inch BS but still had to use 1/8 inch spacers to clear brake calipers ... did not pay any extra charge, got grey with a polished rim which they said had to be custom...
