I left my car parked in the sun for 90 minutes. When I got in it the headliner had fallen from about 1/3 of the roof. I just pushed it back up but I know it will fall again next time it gets hot.

I had the same problem. Tried all the aforementioned solutions. Turned out to be the steering rack. Replaced the rack because it was leaking and the vibration was gone.
