The difference is Speed Density vs MAF. 92's have Speed Density it doesn't adapt to mods are readily as a MAF. If your going to do any engine up-grades go with the 94. If not they're both the same...

Its not a good deal. Its an average price. I'd keep looking.
92-94 they're all the same so the year doesn't matter.
A good buy would be under 10k. But its really hard to steal a good car for that...

Low book is $5,000. That dealer is dreaming. If you really want a L-98 get a 90 or later, a 91 is a much better car. An LT-1 is better yet....

Also not running the tires much will increase the dry rot, look at motor homes.

All were "high mileage, bought used". Never had any repair "issues".
