The difference is GT2 seats, quite a bit more leather, upper suede package including headliner, and ability to get "dipped" version (complete interior in tan). More European luxury than 2LT.

I will give up C7 cargo capacity for an exposed engine. If I need the capacity I will drive my C7 coupe (which I plan to keep) my crew cab Silverado, or my wifes' STS.
