Rear brake rotors warped? E-Brake the cause?

So... 2014 Z51 coupe vin 12167 M7 with 13,500 miles and the rear rotors are warped.
Dealer says driving hard can cause the rotors to get hot and warp. Well.... that can't be the case here as I drive...

After 7500 miles and 6 months mine did the same...

After 7500 miles and 6 months mine did the same thing on Saturday. I shut her down for 5 minutes, restarted and everything came back.

They make the black wheel nut brush with an end to mount on a cordless drill. Works super fast and way easier than doing 20 lug nuts by hand.

I kept a light weight microfiber blanket in the trunk. She'd wrap in that before I'd drive with the windows up in my C5.
The 7 is a coupe so no issues.
