No, I think it is one piece. The GMS MAF is WIDE open. A few posts and wires, that's it.

It looks like an open coffee can, especially since it was hogged out a little.

I have a Vortex, and hated the install, loved the performance.

I don't think rain is the problem. Standing water over a few inches is. That wonderful spoiler flap is really a scoop to force air...
