Here is the problem with your theory on what will happen. There are about 3000 Chevy dealers in the US. Now I am guessing that at least 90% are small time dealers with Z06 allotments much smaller...

Impossible..Yes, because the Z06 has a hand built engine. With 12 engine builders each building 2 or 3 engines a day, well, you do the math.
