I swear I've looked for this a lot of ways, I'm not being lazy - and can't by looking in the fan area or online figure out where the darn fan power connectors are so that I can run power to them...

Yes, should quit driving it, agreed and that's great info on a possible repair - thank you both. I was thinking of the JB Weld approach myself, it can do wonders but not miracles.

Went in for an oil change (free!) and coolant flush (I am not doing that myself in CO winter) and a lookover, a good shop...

I'm getting a Dorman sensor, I've had good luck with their window regulators. One review said use a crush washer when installing, seems sensible - ??? And torque it properly etc.

80 PSI reading, 2003 C5 135K miles - bad gauge or real trouble?

I just noticed my oil pressure is pegged at 80psi - and for a while i did have an oil burning smell inside, but it stopped a few weeks ago as I was getting all set to do that nasty oil sensor...
