I've been trying to find the light blue paint that was used on the '78s. All the auto parts stores just have a darker blue for GM engine paint.

Chasin' that noise

Another homemade tool that can be used to chase down a noise is just a piece of a broom stick. I've used it many times on cars and RVs.

Auto shift button/ball removal

Both push button and ball are threaded onto shaft. Need to grab hold of button to get it started. I was replacing it, so used vice grips to get going. Twist the ball off after removing the button...
