I'm around a 34 waist (6'1" 205lbs) and fit more than comfortably for DD duties. At track I'd remove pads for more helmet clearance and even better side bolstering.

I also run 0W40 and keep RPMs in check until it's up to 150* in operating temp. As previously stated, its functional through higher temps than 5W30.

50K on the clock definitely not an issue if the price is right. I'd get heads checked/fixed right away, specially if you plan on tracking the car.
