How hot is too hot?

Today the air temp was 97. Coolant temp was 233, oil temp was 253. Stop and go traffic, running the A/C, and 70% oil life left.

Is 253 oil temp acceptable under these conditions?

One thing I did not mention is that I'll be running the stock 17 inch rims on front. Michelin lists that their 265/40ZR17 is 25.3 inches tall (same as the F1s)...
