the original brown on my early 63 unit is marked delco-remy.patent #2769047 R. brass terminals.dist 1111022, dated 2 K 26.

10 years ago i talked to a fellow that restored his 58 every nut and bolt total cost $105.000.00 after that figure i would be paranoid about driving it.so both my 58s sit as original needing paint...

Have front big brake shoes 63 ,5460375 shoes re linned with softer linnings so they don"t destroy drums set of 4 shoes front only.2 and 3/4 inch wide.pictures available.200.00

58 trunk irons

tough to get accurate measurements when mounted on car.the base on the passenger side is 1 and 3/8ths towards the centre of trunk,same spot on outside is 1and 5/8s both are heights from trunk...

corvette rpo"s not on canadian data till 1967.67 would be the most valuable car if sold in canada as you would know if it was a real 427,435 h.p.

Re turning drums,turning drums from a new casting is a art.as when in a chuck they will sing ,wobble. to properly turn you need 4 adjustable turn buckles spaced evenly on the outside of drum to take...
