that is not an 02 sensor, it's a thermal switch...

that is not an 02 sensor, it's a thermal switch that tells the ECM that the pipe/switch is hot because the EGR valve is 'open'...some will throw a code if the ECM does not see a signal from this...

the 9th injector will only operate for 8 secs max on a dead cold start...much better for your engine to 'crank for oil pressure' before 'firing up'

the good: I have F/S a set of four sensors, with mounting bands, from 89 wheels...no evidence of any abuse/damage....part numbers on the sensors are 14104393 (blue label), 14104394 (orange), 14104395...

inside the OD unit, the friction discs (rumored to be ford base) are too small for engage/disengage of the OD under load, use the clutch pedal to go in/out of OD and no problem...84/85 have a problem...
