Short answer is I am not sure, as the feed wire comes from the fuse block. All the wiring is from Painless, so I assume it is correct. It is definitely switched with the ignition key.

If I am reading this right, the 12V in the white wire is the problem.

Red should be hot, brown should be hot if yellow is hot (the switch is on), white should not be hot (ground), blue and green...

Have you tried disconnecting the motor from the wiper assembly and seeing if it works? Could be the wiper/door assembly is binding it up?
