All of the replies so far refer to 02 & newer Z06's. The OP asked about the comparison between an 05 C6 (405 HP) and a 2001 Z06 (385 HP). Obviously the 02 -04 Z06's are a different comparison...

Private party sales on the forum should be very simple when there is a lien involved. The buyer should wire the purchase funds directly to the lien holder. At that time the title will be released...
