I actually use the Tilton dowel tool it bolts to the crank shaft and and the holes are reamed out over size to blue print and new dowel pins are installed this takes less then 10 minutes to set up...

The 2912 is used with vacume pumps but it will work the 2900 is a very good seal as I use alot of those seals with no problems.

Make sure you use sealer between the block and main cap!
