Out of the engine bay. Right where the exhaust manifold comes out, takes a turn downward, then goes into a pipe that is larger than it. Let me try and find a picture.

I took the car off jackstands, put it on level ground in my garage. It idles in Park fine, no clicking. I can open up the throttle and it will run great.. no clicking...

Thanks so much for the replies. I will probably end up going with Miracle if I decide to get it painted. I went and got an estimate. The price was right I just wasn't sure of what I could expect.
