Ok, to answer some of your questions. Yes it is a HEMI, but only 5.7. Would have loved to get the SRT8 with the 6.4. Only it's not available yet. here anyways. In a way kind of happy about that....

it's not necessarily the voltage, but AMPS that really does the work. But then again you could have a bad switch someplace. example ignition switch, or Neutral safety switch.

sounds like battery to me. It may be new to you. But, the battery could have lost it's charge sitting around. Get it to the dealership and let put a new battery in.
