If the fittings are 134 I'd put a gauge on it and top it up with 134. There would be no reason for the adapter fittings if it wasn't converted. I would also add at least an ounce of 134 oil also....

If you are loading a smaller bin onto a larger eeprom just look on tunerpro-tools, bin stacker/splitter. It makes it pretty easy.
