Help identifying hubcap year and for sale 60-62?

I am putting these up for sale but would like to know what year they are from so that I can accurately describe them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also an idea value would be great as well....

Sorry. By transmission value I mean the transmission alone. Presumably it being an "incorrect" date for my 58 might adversely effect the value of my car. Maybe when the time comes I can trade it...
