They say the belt tension is very hard on the stock water pump pulley. The car in not my D/D so when I take it out I tend to be hard on it. I bet it won't happen again with the Evans...

I never had any issues before. I have a "street" set-up and dynoed 559 WHP. If I "hot rod" around on a 85 degree day I might see 205 but it drops down to 175 ish as soon as I settle down...

I picked up an Evan from ECS. They modified it to fit with the S/C and I installed it myself in about three hours. It took over an hour to get the belt on.

Thanks for the info. I left the car in the garage for the afternoon to think about what it had done. The issues have resolved themselves. I think the computer just needed some alone time....

Car & Coffee in Hunt Valley 1000+ cars?

This Saturday is the 2nd Annual Cars & Coffee in Hunt Valley Md. Last year there was nearly 3000 cars. close to 100 vettes. If it doesn't rain it will be great.

I've had it two months. No lag. ECS uses a 1500 instead of a 1200 blower with a restrictor plate. No maintenance yet. I'm watching the belt and will change the blower oil when I change the motor oil....

After two or three hard fast shifts the pedal "sags" closer to the floor and feels spongy. After a few seconds (5-8) of normal driving it returns to the normal position.
