Any vehicle registered prior to March 20, 2007 is exempt. Gas guzzlers which are passenger vehicles...

Heads and camshaft are always key to making power but if you don't touch the intake/exhaust you will be limiting yourself.
You should think about porting the plenum, intake, get some larger runners...

I never thought of my '85 as a low mileage car but after seeing this post I guess it is. Just turned 159,000 km which works out to 98,800 miles. Sounds like it should have a few more miles left.
