There might be some variation in spring rates affecting ride height too. A car with weak, well worn springs might sit a little lower.

From memory, I believe it requires a P/S pulley as well. You would need to change or modify anything that rides on the back side of the belt. I'm pretty sure on my car that would be the tensioner...

Just pulled mine yesterday. Removed the pulley (not the hub) and was able to pull it right out from above. I removed the belt tensioner for wire access - 1 bolt holds it to the accessory bracket.
