I'm not sure what size the bushing is.... but my local ACE Hardware has a pretty decent hardware isle and has 3 trays just for different sized nylon spacers/bushings/etc. Might be worth a look......

You'll have to pull the gas tank cover off and fish down the side of the tank to get to the back side of the door jamb. ...
