If you have a bad harmonic balancer you should be able to see it wobble. The chirping could be caused by an old belt, grease/oil on the belt, or tensioner or idler pulley. I'd check those first.

I can confirm that the 2005+ parts are a match for the late 2003 & 2004 fuel tank lines. I ordered ACDelco/GM 10337583 & 10337588 and they are a match to my oem left side tank and crossover lines.
