I found solution. I know mgr at local vete specialty GM dealer. We talked for hr today taking it to him 11/14 for full dealer epairs I"ll let you know what we find.

Hopefully somewhere in future time warp continuum someone will make a new 07 - 99 ECBM module for the C5 and we will be able to buy a new part vs hunting salvage yards.
