Cam Change

Loosen but don't take the oil pan off. Remove the thru bolt on the right motor mount. That way you can use a floor jack and a 2X4 to jack up and tilt the engine, so the cam clears the "X".

The primary and secondary windings are internally connected together at the negative primary stud, therefore grounding the secondary winding at its' negative end.

Idle Vent Valve

67's do not have that idle vent valve. If your car is a 67, you either have the wrong center carb or the wrong float bowl on the correct carb.

Alternator Pulley

It depends whether you have power steering or not on a 427/425HP car. The pulley for P.S. equipped 427 cars spaces the groove out 1 position. The fans are separate on all versions.
