C-5 starting issue

My 99 has to have a Battery tender on it if the car sits more than 4 or 5 days or the Car will NOT Start, cant seem to trace the short/shorts, If GM didn't have electrical problems - it wouldn't have...

The new A/c filters may B as good as the old 1's ---- but they are lighter, & sure look CHEAPER, after using only A/C -- i'm now going to the WIX 4 all my vehicles -- they look beter made !!! :flag:

Battery problem !

Check Your Battery cables & Make sure You can NOT TURN THEM after they are tight !! Some Bolts are toooooo long & even though the bolts are tight they are NOT making constant contact !!!!

1st thing to check AFTER MAKING SURE THE CABLES are TIGHT is that they CANNOT TURN OR MOVE ** as some bolts are too long & even though the bolt is tight -- it may STILL rorate or be loose...

Even though Batt terminals seem tight-- TRY to wiggle them to see if they really are as some terminal screws are too LONG & Will NOT GO IN FAR ENOUGH _ SO YOU MAY Have to add a Washer !!! At Least...
