Thats where alot of the early 05 breakage came from. Most that broke theirs tried to drive through the wheel hop.

My understanding is that the thicker plates 3/8" with insulation has interference with the rear O2 sensors on headers. If you have headers you could probably have it tuned out if it is not already...

I have the LPE unit and the quality and performance is outstanding.
Only downside is that cleaning the filter is a bit of a pita.
