Got a very hard solid gob of road tar on one Ti muffler.

1" x 2" x .25" foam spacer from engine bay 2004 Z06

Was doing spring wipe down of engine bay and can't figure out where this came from...looks like a spacer to keep two hoses from chafing but can't see where it was glued...if that is where it came...
