Could be a Cam Lobe has went bad or lifter.

You had a Flat tapped cam/lifter settup like my 86 Vette and my Pontiac 400.

Check your Fuel Preasure Regulator

Thats what mine did.
I had to replace my FPR. The gasket cracked so fuel went right thru the crank case.
Allot of gas in my oil and intake, only good part about it was it washed all that old slug...
