Bill , mean't to ask a question. The more i look in the shop manuals and the codes pulled show a common thread on more than a few. this whole system reminds me of the old telephone party line system....

I had erased the code by holding the reset but didn't know if this cleared all history codes. Shouldn't the service light thrown a current code.

My c5 is fine but my 85 had the same problem. There are C clips glued onto the back of the glass and C clips that are on the motors that adjust. connecting the two is basiclly a large + shaped piece...
