Pretty common to have to shorten the stand bolts.

So contrary to internet lore, it's not imperative that the roller be centered on the valve tip... as long as it's in the center 3rd of the valve...

FYI I have never pulled water from between the exhaust ports on the exhaust side of the casting. We always push water in there (-6AN line) and pull it out from the intake face across from there......
