What I do is spritz the Zaino applicator with a spray of Z-6. The applicator should be damp, but not real wet. The Z-6 keeps the polish from soaking up into the pad and IMO helps you to spread it on...

Just wanted to add; do a Z-6 wipedown between coats of Z-2. The successive coats will go on super smooth and they seem to come off easier. The shine will be unbeatable. :yesnod:
