Got my EBCM back from ABSfixer, but....(experts please step in)

After having a lot of problems with the EBCM warning lights popping up on DIC for a long time, I finally took the time to remove the thing and ship it to ABSfixer for repairs. Well, I got it back...

That was one of their "authorized" body...
