My Focus ST has summer only Goodyear's on it and I noticed that when its 45 or less when the car comes on boost in first or second it spins them with ease. Pretty surprising for a FWD car too.

Those are the standard wheels, 93-96. They are not ZR1 wheels as they are 17x8.5 front and 17x9.5 rear vs. ZR1 17x9.5 front and 17x11 rear.

Sometimes you get a hydro lock situation in the water pump. Close off bleed valve and start engine for a second or two so that the water pump turns. Then open bleed screw and finish.
