My NPP does the same thing but at around 25 MPH. Didn't notice it until around 300 miles. The NPP is also in "open"; i.e. Active Sound Management is "off".

Thanks ErMaK, I'm waiting on a new C7 (Sept/Oct) and doing a courtesy delivery to my local Greenwood dealer (Gary Russ) but since they don't currently have allocations they do not have a C7 certified...
