I would be surprised if anyone said the C7 is not a significant improvement over the C6. I loved my C6, but I love my C7 even more.

VIN #1127.
My NPP does the same thing but at around 25 MPH. Didn't notice it until around 300 miles. The NPP is also in "open"; i.e. Active Sound Management is "off".
